ServiceNow Solution Architect

What success looks like in this role :

• Designs and implements solutions to resolve client generated challenges by :

o Assessing / auditing existing product ecosystems and recommending optimization strategies based on client objectives, past experience, and industry best practice,

o Designing relevant and multi-faceted architecture / documentation to support recommended approaches,

o Creating comprehensive roadmaps governing near- and long-term actions, and

o Contributing to solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and timeline development.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

BA / BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
