Infor SX Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Infor SX Consultant to join our team and assist with the implementation, customization, and support of Infor SX (Infor CloudSuite Industrial). As an Infor SX Consultant, you will work closely with clients to optimize business processes and ensure the effective deployment of Infor’s ERP solutions, specifically tailored to manufacturing and distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the implementation of Infor SX (CloudSuite Industrial) for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Infor SX functionalities.
• Configure and customize Infor SX to meet client business needs, including modules such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor SX implementations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide documentation on Infor SX solutions.
• Assist with integrations between Infor SX and other business systems.
• Maintain and improve existing Infor SX configurations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Participate in system testing, including UAT, and provide ongoing maintenance support.
