Position : Government Social Worker Specialist

Type : Independent Contractor

Compensation : $65–$80 / hour

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 weeks

Commitment : 20–40 hours / week

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world social work with children, families, and schools based on professional experience.
• Create realistic situations involving case management, crisis intervention, safety assessments, family counseling, and IEP meetings.
• Develop scenarios for home visits, coordinating with child protective services, developing treatment plans, navigating foster care systems, managing mandated reporting, and collaborating with schools, courts, and community agencies.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to social work queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on child, family, and school social work scenarios to improve AI training.
