𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Santacruz (Kalina), Mumbai.

Working Hours : 5 Days working- 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 : Creative / Design

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 : Creative Director / Head of Design

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 : 6+ years in design, with minimum 2 years in a leadership or art direction role.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 :

We are looking for a bold, proactive, and trend-savvy Sr Art Director who is not only a design expert but also a creative partner to clients and the internal team. You will lead projects from ideation to execution, craft compelling visual narratives, and mentor a team of designers while ensuring that each brand’s vision is brought to life across platforms.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

𝟭. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 & 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀

Dive into new briefs with a strong grasp of brand tonality, business goals, and audience insights
Interpret and challenge briefs creatively, adding value through strategic input
Maintain a consistent understanding of each brand’s visual and communication identity across projects

𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Regularly pitch fresh, forward-thinking ideas to clients, even beyond assigned briefs

Stay ahead of the curve by initiating concepts that drive conversations and creative excellence

Present work confidently and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients

𝟯. 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Stay updated with the latest design, cultural, and digital trends to inspire breakthrough work

Explore new content formats (AR, motion, reels, interactive posts, etc.) and integrate them into concepts when relevant

Identify platform-specific innovations to push the boundaries of brand engagement across social and digital media

𝟰. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮-𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

Lead and facilitate collaborative ideation sessions with copywriters, designers, and strategists

Bring bold, unconventional, and high-impact ideas to the table ideas that are not just aesthetic but also insightful and memorable

Encourage experimentation and creative risks within the team

𝟱. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Provide clear art direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers

Mentor and grow creative talent, helping shape their skills and design sensibilities

Maintain a positive, growth-oriented team culture while pushing for creative excellence

𝟲. 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Manage multiple ongoing projects without compromising on quality or deadlines

Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on design involvement when necessary

Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, project goals, and creative vision

𝟳. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

Apply a strong understanding of print design and production processes—from prepress to execution

Oversee packaging, OOH, POSM, and other print-based creatives, ensuring fidelity and print-readiness

Liaise with printers and vendors for final production as required

𝟴. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Take complete ownership of assigned brands—visually, conceptually, and creatively

Ensure consistency and innovation in how the brand is presented across formats

Be the go-to person for brand direction and act as a creative consultant to internal and client teams alike

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

2. 6+ years of creative / design experience with a strong body of work

3. At least 2 years in a supervisory / art director role

4. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

5. Excellent storytelling, typography, layout, and branding skills

6. Strong communication and presentation abilities

7. Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿 :

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive media

Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI / UX design tools

Prior agency or multi-brand experience
