We are looking for a Labour Overhead (LO) Product Owner to lead a team of Technology Sustain Team analysts. You will be responsible for the global LO Solution, an automated system for forecasting personnel costs. This role requires a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and agile project management. You will be instrumental in maintaining a fit-for-purpose solution, managing a continuous improvement backlog, and ensuring the solution meets the strategic goals of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership : Lead the overall LO process and set strategic goals for the LO solution. You will deliver the solution twice a year, which includes gathering assumptions, validating calculations from established financialization models, and managing user-facing tools.
- Technical Support : Provide technical and process support for the global LO Solution. You will perform hands-on coding in Python , run SQL queries, and maintain Power BI reports.
- Stakeholder & Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of analysts, balancing multiple user requests and advising the Technology team. You will coordinate cycle timings with key stakeholders and manage user access and training.
- Continuous Improvement : Manage continuous improvement items for the LO Solution. This includes supporting and maintaining interfaces, ensuring data privacy, and updating documentation and user training materials. You will also manage the project budget and provide KPI reporting.
- Agile & Project Delivery : Utilize your knowledge of Agile methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver a plan of action when unplanned events occur. You will also have a solid understanding of software development and user access processes.
