About The Role :

Recruitment & Staffing Firm

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to source candidates.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
