With valid FCRA registration, we partner with domestic and international donors to bring lasting impact and we’re looking for an Accounts Executive to strengthen our finance systems.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Accounts Executive who will manage all accounting and compliance functions for the organization. The person will work closely with the Management and Auditors to ensure smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and adherence to all regulatory requirements, including FCRA compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and data entry in Tally or similar accounting software.

Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of books of accounts for both domestic and FCRA grants.

Prepare and review vouchers, invoices, payment requests, and receipts in line with organizational policies.

Assist in budget preparation, fund tracking, and donor reporting.

Coordinate with the CA for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, and NGO regulatory requirements.

Support in internal and external audits, maintaining all documentation and responding to auditor queries.

Monitor grant expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and donor conditions.

Prepare monthly expense reports, fund utilization reports, and financial dashboards for management review.

Support the finance team in streamlining financial systems and processes.

Qualification :

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting

3–6 years of NGO accounting experience

Strong knowledge of FCRA compliance & donor reporting

Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel

Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
