We are looking for a Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Job Overview

The Manager of Outsourced CFO Services with FP&A and MIS Skills will be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and overseeing all aspects of the financial management services we provide to our clients. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A and MIS services to our clients, including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.

Company : CFO Services LLP, part of ATMS Group – a 25+ year-old financial services firm with 180+ team members across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune

Eligibility : Chartered Accountant (1–2 years experience)

About The Role

Join our growing CFO Services team in a client-facing role that blends financial planning and analysis (FP&A), MIS reporting, and financial advisory. You'll lead projects, work closely with clients, and deliver high-impact financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analyst teams and manage client deliverables

Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and MIS

Analyze financial data to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Present reports and recommendations to clients

Drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally

Required Skills

Strong analytical and communication skills

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Tally

Good To Have

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or SAP

Prior team management experience

Hands-on financial modelling and dashboard creation
