Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the Directors.
• Serve as a business partner on operational decision-making, performance tracking, and functional excellence.
• Translate vision and goals into action plans, tracking and reporting progress across the leadership team. Brand & Business Strategy
• Oversee and refine brand positioning in alignment with business growth and customer insight.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand integrity and market consistency.
• Own brand-led initiatives including launches, rebranding, or expansion into new customer segments. New Initiatives & Business Building
• Incubate and lead new business initiatives from concept to execution.
• Evaluate new markets, product verticals, or operating models in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Support global expansion or diversification where applicable. People Leadership & Hiring
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of staff managers supporting various verticals (ops, analytics, brand, etc.).
• Drive senior-level hiring decisions in collaboration with HR and department heads.
• Cultivate a high-performance, ownership-led culture across all levels. Financial Stewardship
• Work closely with finance and business heads to manage P&L oversight, budgeting, and unit economics.
• Optimize cost structure and efficiency across projects and teams.
• Own periodic business reviews with financial performance and goal alignment.
