Business Development & Sales Executive

Mumbai (Hybrid) Up to 6 LPA / 50,000 per month

Nive Media is a fast-growing film production and digital strategy agency based in Mumbai. Founded in 2022, we offer end-to-end video production and media solutions tailored to every client. We're now looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and drive business growth.

Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate . You'll be responsible for bringing in new business through outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship building.

We're looking for motivated, growth-driven professionals who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and are excited to be part of a creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business leads

Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to potential clients

Pitch services, set up meetings, and follow up

Convert leads into clients and maintain relationships

Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

1-3 years in business development or sales (media / digital / creative industry experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with outbound outreach and target-driven roles

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking platforms is an advantage
