Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning :
- Create and configure AVD session hosts and host pools based on user requirements.
- Decommission unused or obsolete virtual desktops in alignment with lifecycle policies.
- Right-Sizing & Optimization :
- Monitor AVD performance and usage metrics.
- Recommend and implement resource adjustments to optimize cost and performance.
- Technical Support :
- Act as the primary point of contact for SurePrep-related AVD issues.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, profile, and application-related problems.
- Collaborate with Intune, networking, and identity teams for cross-functional support.
