Job Description : Integration Specialist – Renewables & PPA Data Flows

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist with expertise in full-stack development and Azure-based technologies to support the integration of data flows for renewables and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange across platforms and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Development :

o Design and implement integration solutions for renewables and PPA data flows using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and other Azure services.

o Build and maintain APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between internal and external systems.

2. Full-Stack Development :

o Develop user interfaces and dashboards using React.js for data visualization and monitoring.

o Implement server-side functionality using Node.js , ensuring high performance and scalability.

o Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

o Perform manual and automated testing.

o Ensure that the platform meets quality standards.

o Identify and report bugs, and verify fixes.

3. Data Management :

o Design and manage relational and non-relational databases to store and process large volumes of data.

o Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data flows.

4. Analytics & Reporting :

o Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights from integrated data.

o Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Log Analytics to ensure system health and troubleshoot issues.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

o Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to understand integration requirements.

o Ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.

6. Performance Optimization :

o Continuously monitor and improve the performance of integration solutions.

o Manage and optimize database performance.

o Ensure data integrity and security.

o Ensure scalability and reliability of systems to handle increasing data volumes from renewable energy sources and PPAs.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills :

Strong experience in full-stack development with Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

Expertise in Azure-based technologies , including :

o Logic Apps

o Function Apps

o Log Analytics

o Azure SQL Database or other database services.

Proficiency in building and managing Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting.

Solid understanding of API development, RESTful services, and integration patterns.

Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements, especially in the energy sector.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in integrating data flows for renewable energy systems and PPAs.

Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and microservices.

Understanding of IoT data integration for renewable energy assets.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in integration development and full-stack programming.

Proven track record of working with Azure technologies and building scalable solutions.
