SAP WM 3PL Integration Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM 3PL Integration Specialist to support and optimize warehouse management operations through seamless integration between SAP Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and third-party logistics (3PL) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP WM and / or EWM, and a strong understanding of 3PL processes and integration technologies (IDocs, EDI, APIs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support SAP WM modules to align with 3PL operational processes.
• Ensure real-time or batch data exchange between SAP and 3PL systems covering inventory updates, goods receipt, order fulfilment, and shipping notifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interface failures, data mismatches, and communication errors between systems.
• Participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities for 3PL integration projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for interfaces, data flows, and integration architecture.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, SAP teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
