Are you a hands-on Senior Financial Accountant looking for a role where your expertise directly shapes business performance? This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the CFO in a growing, values-driven organisation, leading the financial accounting function across a tight-knit team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the full financial accounting function, including :

• Month-end close, GL and balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting
• Cashflow forecasting, management reporting, and analysis of actuals vs budget
• Oversight of a small but dynamic finance team : 2 Management Accountants, AP, AR, and Payroll
• Process improvements, ERP optimisation, and development of financial reporting tools

You’ll work across a range of finance activities, have real influence on strategic decision-making, and see the tangible impact of your work on the business.
