Job Title : Content Team Lead (Coupons & Deals)

Location : Pune (Work From Office)

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of 5–6 content executives responsible for updating coupons, deals, and offers on the website

Assign daily tasks, track progress, and maintain daily task records

Review content quality and ensure all merchant pages stay updated

Coordinate with the business / affiliate team for exclusive codes, updates, and merchant priorities

Maintain accuracy of coupon titles, descriptions, expiry dates, links, and categories

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Standardize processes and ensure team follows SOPs

Train new team members as needed

Monitor competitor sites & seasonal events for quick updates

Work closely with management to improve content freshness and merchant coverage

Requirements :

2–5 years experience in content operations or website content management

Prior experience managing a content / data team

Good knowledge of Excel / Sheets

Strong written English

Excellent organisational & communication skills

Experience in couponing / affiliate sector is a major advantage

Ability to work under deadlines and manage shifting priorities
