DM - Supply Chain Planner

Job Description

The job position is responsible and accountable for the entire supply chain operation from receiving order till delivering that to the final customer destination in such a way that the total cost of entire operations should be minimum without affecting customer production line or schedules.

Demand requirement planning (DRP).

Weekly Replenishment Planning for customer and Rough-cut Production Req. Planning for monthly production.

Order transitioning from one plant to another based on customer norms, availability, fulfillment criticality, production constraints.

DRP week wise order management (week wise order distribution and cancellation).

Maintenance of customer specific supply chain metrics parameters.

Risk mitigation on day today basis to avoid line stoppage and criticality at customer end.

Dispatch planning and warehouse team co-ordination in case of issue.

In case of quality rejection, co-ordination between sales, warehouse team and quality team.

Weekly demand variance analysis and pro-active actions to avoid supply disruption.

Developing excel based automation tools for other functions as well as for day today working for quick, easy and effective usage of data.
