Job descriptionManaging project trackers and supervising agencies connected with MEP work. Supporting vendors for adherence to approved drawings, BOQ specifications, and schedules. Executing construction as per approved drawings and BOQ specifications with standard makes and time schedules. Coordinating with external agencies, conducting site visits, and ensuring 100% safety of workers during execution. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. 8-10 years of experience in HVAC system design and execution. Knowledge of ASHRAE, IS Code, IEC code, NBC, NFPA, Green building codes, CPCB / SPCB, CGWA / SGWA. Proficiency in MS Office package, Auto CAD, SAP, MS Project, and Communication & Inter-Personal Skill.
