Job description

B2B enterprise pre sales experience, specific to SaaS and PaaS Tech products, with excellent market knowledge, relationships and an understanding of the enterprise software market in India is a must.

What are we looking for

Participate and lead client discovery calls along with the Sales rep to understand the customer requirements and appropriately propose solutions

Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions

Provide technical support during client meetings, calls, and presentations

Work closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process

Facilitate Trials, Pilots, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) client engagements

Create collaterals, documents, and presentations as per the customer discovery call

Assist in the response to RFIs, RFPs, and security documents

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations

A quick learner for developing a thorough understanding of product features and offerings

Stay current with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our solutions

Requirements

5-8 years of experience delivering technical solutions in a consultative role at a SaaS company

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrated sales ability and experience delivering engaging product demonstrations

Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions

Broad technical knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Able to collaborate with different stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to achieve the set goals.

Quick to adapt to new customer requirements, new features / enhancements, and product directions.
