About the role
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, you will lead the development and implementation of key policies such as Risk Management strategy, Risk Appetite Framework and Controls Framework. It also oversees the Trustee Capital Reserve and CPS190 Recovery and exit plan, supports risk profiling and documentations and ensures controls are effective across the organisation.
This role requires strong collaboration with business units to uplift risk culture, challenge control effectiveness and deliver high quality reporting to executives and the Board. By fostering a proactive risk culture and empowering control owners, you will work to embed a sustainable and transparent risk environment at Cbus.
