Quality Assurance Engineer / Sr Test Engineer

Bangalore | Onsite

Timings : 1 pm to 10 pm IST

Duration : 6-month C2H

iO Associates is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer / Sr Test Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring quality of our software products by guiding Test Engineers as well as hands on developing and executing test plans, creating automated test scripts, identifying defects, and working closely with the developers to ensure timely resolution of issues

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor test engineers, ensuring testing best practices
Design, execute, and automate test plans (BDD / Gherkin)
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners for seamless delivery
Continuously improve testing standards, tools, and processes

Requirements :

5+ years in software testing, 2+ years leading teams

Hands-on with SpecFlow, SpecSync, Selenium, Appium, LambdaTest, K6

Strong programming in C# or Java.

Experience BDD and defining test scenarios in Gherkin

Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking

Agile mindset, problem-solver, and excellent communicator
