Role & responsibilities
- Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional requirement documents.
- Discuss functional requirements with the development team.
- Prepare test checklists and test cases for functional testing.
- Undertake functional testing and submit test reports.
- Prepare user manuals.
- Conduct application demonstrations and undertake user training sessions.
- Support users in timely issue resolution.
- Regularly monitor regulatory and other changes, and analyze their impact on applications.
- Conduct tailored demonstrations of AI-based and Non-AI-based tax solutions forming part of PwCs Navigate Tax Suite.
- Engage with CXO-level and HOD (Tax / Finance) stakeholders at top companies in India to understand their business challenges and provide expert technology-based solutions.
- Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and implementation teams to deliver customized solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Competency in MS Office, with excellent skills in MS Excel.Good documentation and time-management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.A team player, critical thinker, and strong problem-solving skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success.Skills Required
