1. Job Purpose Statement
Responsible for coordinating and implementing healthcare-focused projects undertaken by the Foundation in areas such as primary healthcare, maternal & child health, preventive health, nutrition, non-communicable diseases, awareness programs, and community health development.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, including government health departments, hospitals, primary health centers, community health workers (ASHAs, ANMs), NGOs, and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of healthcare projects. Build strong relationships and resolve concerns proactively.
- Project Planning : Develop healthcare project plans, including service delivery models, awareness campaigns, health camps, vaccination drives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Project Implementation : Oversee execution of healthcare initiatives at the community level, including health check-ups, awareness and screening programs, medical camps, training sessions for healthcare workers, and digital health solutions. Ensure smooth execution in coordination with medical teams, field workers, and vendors.
- Monitoring & Evaluation : Establish mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of healthcare interventions. Collect data on health outcomes, service uptake, and behavioral changes. Prepare reports and share findings with senior management for continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, government guidelines, and internal policies. Submit accurate reports, medical records, and documentation required by authorities and funding partners.
- Community Engagement : Work closely with local communities to understand health challenges and design interventions that improve access, awareness, and adoption of healthcare services. Facilitate behavior change communication and community mobilization campaigns.
- Collaboration & Networking : Build and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, medical colleges, NGOs, government health missions, and other organizations working in public health.
3. Qualification and Key Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Social Work, or related field.3–7 years of experience in healthcare programs with NGOs, CSR initiatives, or public health projects.Strong knowledge of public health systems, primary healthcare, and preventive health programs.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Experience in project management with a focus on healthcare initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills.Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.Modified as per healthcareSkills Required
