Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MCR (Master Control Room) Operator, located in Chennai. The MCR Operator will monitor and control broadcast and transmission systems, ensure the quality of audio and video outputs, and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless transmissions and maintaining logs of activities and incidents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in broadcast equipment operation, signal monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of video / audio quality control and technical transmission standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced media environment
• Basic understanding of IT and networking related to broadcast systems is an advantage
• Prior experience in similar roles is beneficial
• Degree or diploma in Electronics, Media Technology, or a related field is preferred
