Job Description

• Set up vertical machining centers with the correct tooling, fixtures, and program according to component specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs to ensure precision machining.
• Load raw material and monitor machining processes for quality, making real-time adjustments if necessary.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other instruments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain machine uptime.
• Maintain detailed production and maintenance logs.
• Follow all safety protocols in machine operation and material handling.
• Working Hours : 8 hours + 4 hours OT
