Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Anand. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, conducting performance reviews, implementing HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance. They will also handle employee relations, manage payroll, and develop training programs to ensure overall employee development and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of HR policies and legal compliance
• Proficiency in payroll management and performance reviews
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and manage training programs for staff development
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a similar industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
