Injectables Team Lead-Production (cartridge manufacturing filling)

Role Summary :

Supervise cartridge manufacturing and filling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage production team.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and daily production plans.

Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues.

Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation.

Enforce safety and GMP compliance.

Drive process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements : Education :

B.Sc / M.Sc. / Masters degree related.

Experience :

10+ years in Injectables manufacturing insulin products; 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Must be having Cartridge, pen injection making machine handling experience.

Skills :

Leadership, equipment handling, quality control, ERP usage.
