The Manager – Corporate Relations and Volunteering will provide strategic leadership in driving corporate partnerships, fundraising, and volunteer engagement. This role involves building long-term relationships with CSR partners, foundations, and HNIs, aligning programs with partner objectives, and ensuring high-impact corporate engagement in line with UWBe’s mission. Map the funding landscape and identify new partnerships (CSR, Foundations, HNIs). Build a 3-year robust funding pipeline through strategic outreach. Initiate and manage partnerships between corporates and NGOs for funding and volunteering programs. Ensure partners understand community needs and ground realities. Align program goals with business and CSR objectives of corporate partners. Support capacity-building initiatives for partners to enhance developmental impact. Volunteering & Community Engagement Plan and execute corporate volunteering events ensuring high engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with the Community Engagement team for seamless program implementation. Ensure adequate staffing and resource planning. Foster a collaborative, values-driven work culture.
