Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Noida. In this on-site role, the Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel's guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for all guests. Daily tasks include cleaning and organizing rooms, replacing bed linens and towels, handling laundry services, replenishing supplies, and supporting overall cleanliness and sanitization. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and general housekeeping tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure positive guest interactions
• Excellent Organization Skills for maintaining a clean and orderly environment
• Capability and willingness to undergo relevant Training for role-specific processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Prior housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
