Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to promote and sell Dow sealant products to clients in the construction, interiors, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. This role offers a competitive salary along with a performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers including contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers.
- Promote Dow sealant products by explaining features, benefits, and applications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits and follow-ups.
- Generate leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and update daily reports.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients when required.
- Ensure proper visibility and availability of the product in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support.
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred;candidates with relevant sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, sealants, adhesives, or hardware products.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and achieve targets.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Basic knowledge of construction / interior material products is an added advantage.Benefits
