Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and troubleshoot complex Layer 3 networks using TCP / IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.

Configure and resolve issues with NAT, IPv4, and firewall policies (TCP / UDP).

Troubleshoot and optimize cloud network environments in GCP and AWS.

Adhere to change management processes and provide high-level on-call support.

Collaborate with managers to eliminate outdated processes, establish work intake systems, and implement SLAs for changes.

Required Skills :

Advanced expertise in Layer 3 networking (TCP / IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

Strong proficiency in NAT, IPv4, and firewall operations (TCP / UDP).

Design, implementation and migration experience on CISCO, CISCO NEXUS switches and Routers.

Experience in cloud network troubleshooting (GCP and AWS required).

Proficiency in change management and operational support processes.

Ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

3-10 years of experience in network engineering.

Certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer).

Deep knowledge of GCP and AWS network architectures.
