Human Resources Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager - Operations to join our real estate company in Noida. As an HR Manager, you'll be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
• Requirements :
• 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
