Immediate Start! Marketing Designer (Events)

About the Project

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing designer to join Windward’s Marketing Design team. You’ll work closely with our Israel-based designers to adapt and execute visual materials for events, ensuring a consistent and high-impact brand presence across formats. This is a full-time role based in the Delhi area, reporting directly to the Marketing Creative & Design Director.

Windward is a Maritime AI platform, helping organizations manage risk and optimize operations in the marine industry.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in designing and managing large-scale event materials, such as booths and other large-format elements, signage, brochures, and swag.

Required skills :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in both print and digital design
• Deep familiarity with production design and file preparation for print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography — with a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and design systems
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setup
• Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus
