Assistant Manager - Technical Support (Linux)

4+ years of hands-on Linux Application & System support experience.

Manage, monitor, and maintain all installed systems, servers, and infrastructure.

Proactively ensure the highest levels of system uptime, performance, and reliability.

Implement and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

The essence of the role

As a System Administrator (Linux / Infrastructure) at Sinch, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our mission-critical systems and services. You will ensure the highest levels of system uptime, performance, and reliability while driving automation and security initiatives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Own the Axiom platform - including day-to-day configuration, health checks, playbooks, reporting, troubleshooting and incident resolution & RCA mgmt.
• Build and maintain Axiom systems, lifecycle plan, log management, purging, alerting.
• Train and support users across global teams, ensuring strong adoption and a consistent experience.
• Continuously optimize usability and impact based on feedback, usage insights, and evolving business needs.
