Job descriptionStrong knowledge of the Android SDK . Expertise in Bluetooth communication, BLE, and Bluetooth Classic . Proficiency in Maps, Google Maps APIs, and Android Location services . Experience with JSON & XML parsing . Strong skills in integrating security-related APIs . Knowledge of memory management and experience in fixing application performance and crashing issues. Experience with Continuous Integration (Git) and exposure to Jenkins . Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies . Relevant experience in a similar role
This role is for an Android Lead / Developer to design, develop, and maintain Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Android SDK, a deep understanding of the latest Android updates, and experience with a wide range of features including Bluetooth, location services, and backend development.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications for the Android platform, including both backend services and user interface (UI) .
- Utilize the Android SDK and stay current with the latest Android updates and upcoming releases.
- Implement Bluetooth communication, including BLE and Bluetooth Classic , and integrate with Maps and Android Location services.
- Develop backend services, handle web connectivity , and manage SQLite databases .
- Ensure application quality by collaborating with the quality assurance team for error-free releases.
