We are seeking to hire a Sales Leader (Designation – Enterprise sales & Co-Founder) to lead Business development initiatives of one of the Investee companies.
The Investee co is a company with a game-changing Autonomous Glass Facade Robot Cleaner designed to revolutionize In-house maintenance, using the latest AI technology. This innovation turns traditional cleaning methods into a fully autonomous system, optimizing manual labour while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This will empower building owners and facility managers with a more efficient, reliable, and safe way to maintain their properties.
Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise sales & Co-Founder
The primary mission of the Enterprise sales & Co-Founder will be to build Asset valuation of the company. To do this, the Enterprise sales & Co-Founder is expected to lead drive the key aspects of the business – Strategy, Product, Funding, GTM, Finance, Client Experience & People. A Enterprise sales & Co-Founder plays a vital role in the inception and growth the Investee Company.

=10 years of minimum experience in industry (preferrably Robotics / Industrial automation).

Work Location Bangalore (first preference), Mumbai, Delhi-NCR. Ps note – Candidate based out of Mumbai & Delhi-NCR will be required to spend frequent On-site time in Bangalore till Commercial Launch (a travel-meeting cadence will be put in place for Non-Bangalore based candidate).
FIR (Founder in Residence) Program
FIR program comprises of 3 phases as below -
a) Fitment phase – Period of 3 months Probationary period focused on cultural fitment, business alignment & strategic orientation
b) Sprint phase – Period of 6 months Immersion period with key priorities being – Successful commercial launch, Funding & building team.
c) Build phase Will involve Pan-India expansion of the foot print & also in select key global markets and Funding acceleration towards Series stage.
