Role : Solutions Leader Strategic Solutions Large Pursuits
Location : Anywhere in India (Preferred locations : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Proactive planning with Sales & Account teams to shape large deal opportunities and influence client engagements.
- Solution design and deal shaping for large pursuits, including Managed Services, Cloud migration, modernization, and emerging technologies like GenAI.
- Develop and present value propositions by analyzing client contexts, trends, and key challenges.
- Collaborate with practices, service lines, and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions.
- Lead strategic client connections and thought leadership initiatives to incubate and seed transformation deals.
- Influence large deals through connections with analysts and deal advisors to convert and position solutions effectively.
Expertise Required :
Strong technology breadth across cloud, data, AI, and various delivery models like Agile and Pods.Consulting mindset with excellent communication and articulation skills to bring solution concepts to life.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across practices, delivery units, and leadership levels.
