About the Role

The Director - Business Operations will be responsible for leading, scaling, and optimising the overall operational strategy of the organisation. This role requires a seasoned FM professional who understands Integrated Facility Management (IFM), manpower-heavy service delivery, client management, and multi-location operations.

Key Leadership

• Lead day-to-day business operations across soft services, technical services, security, housekeeping, and specialised FM offerings.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing robust performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and P&L for all operational verticals.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience : 15-25 years in the Facilities Management industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Industry : Mandatory experience in FM / IFM / Facility Services / Property Operations.

Age : Below 50 years.

Qualification : Graduate; MBA preferred (not mandatory).

Strong expertise in operations management, client relationship handling, and multi-site service delivery.
