Job Description :

We are seeking experienced and passionate Admission Counsellors to guide students and parents through the academic and exam preparation journey—primarily focused on JEE / NEET streams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students for test prep programs and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students and parents about career paths, entrance exams (JEE / NEET), and preparation strategies.
• Provide in-depth guidance about courses, exam formats, timelines, and academic suitability.
• Handle walk-ins, inbound leads, and outbound calls to drive admissions.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through structured counseling and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update lead data through CRM tools or internal databases.
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Meet weekly / monthly targets for admissions and lead conversions.
