We are looking for an 'Intake, Design & Setup (IDS) Lead' who would be responsible for orchestrating the initial phases of client engagements, ensuring seamless transition from sales to delivery. This role leads the intake of new projects, designs scalable and client-aligned solutions, and oversees the setup of foundational systems, processes, and teams. It acts as the bridge between client expectations, technical feasibility, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the project plan — drive progress, monitor dependencies, and ensure timely closures.
- Facilitate program governance through regular cadence calls, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Track and escalate risks, decisions, and open actions , ensuring follow-through and accountability.
- Support the I&D leader in managing client discussions, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Synthesize information from multiple verticals into clear, concise status reports and presentations .
- Maintain program documentation (SOW trackers, issue logs, decision registers, templates).
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and standardizing workflows.
Ideal Profile
5–8 years of HR program management experience in consulting, shared services, or transformation projects.Exposure to single or multiple business functions —HR Business Partnering, TA, HR Ops.Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.Excellent written and verbal communication; confident interacting with senior stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts with precision and composure.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).What You'll Bring
