We are looking for  UI / UX Designer with 4 to 5 year s of experience to be based out of Mangalore office in India and be part of our growth story. You will be part of the EG Central Team and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Developers to drive product growth.

In this role, you will define user experiences, shape the visual design of our software products, and lead the development and governance of scalable design systems.

You will also ensure accessibility compliance and help mentor fellow designers to elevate UX maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Apply deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design to improve product usability for all users.
• Lead Product Concretization workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into meaningful user experiences.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other relevant tools.
• Define and document UI components, design tokens, and interaction guidelines.
• Actively mentor UX designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
