Job Description
- Experience in designing and developing custom front end solutions for SharePoint.
- Provide functional and / or technical assistance for assigned applications with high priority for customer satisfaction.
- Expert troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve any system outages
- Define technical solutions ensuring considerations for system stability, performance, and ongoing maintainability.
- Provide day to day support to end users (Site administration, SharePoint Designer, Search administration, OneDrive issues, Teams, Yammer etc.)
- Maintain SharePoint environments (2010, 2013, Office 365)
- Expert with Microsoft Best Practices and possess a solid understanding of SharePoint system architecture, both physical and logical.
- Must be able to develop and execute PowerShell Scripts to automate various functions and tasks.
- Adheres to and champions the IT Governance programs such as change management, communication, and release management.
- Expert level experience in SharePoint 2013.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Yammer etc.
- SQL server, permissions, backup and restores awareness.
- Content management system knowledge.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Apps, JavaScript, CSOM, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of AvePoint Doc-ave will be an added advantage.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Assist with developing the knowledge base in order to resolve problems more efficiently and effectively.
o Strong troubleshooting skills needed to quickly resolve various SharePoint issues.
o Collaborate with various teams to perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose and resolve problems at the source.
o Capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end.
o Self-starter with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
