About the Role :
Allianz Technology is seeking a Specialist - LIAM Operations to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. This role is crucial for managing and maintaining the Allianz Technology Group's IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on License, Identity, and Access Management (LIAM). The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to operational excellence. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of our IT landscape.
Responsibilities :
- Operational Management : Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of LIAM systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and license management for various software applications and platforms.
- Incident and Problem Resolution : Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems related to LIAM operations, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. This includes managing support tickets and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process efficiencies and automations within LIAM workflows. Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing tools and build new solutions.
- Security and Compliance : Enforce security policies and compliance standards related to access control and data protection. Conduct regular audits and prepare reports for management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, infrastructure, and application development, to support new project implementations and system integrations.
- Reporting and Analytics : Generate reports on license usage, access rights, and operational performance. Use data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- AI Integration : Actively explore and apply AI-related technologies, such as Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning, to automate tasks, improve data analysis, and enhance the efficiency of LIAM operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Expertise : Strong background in IT operations, with specific experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and software license management.Programming & Scripting : Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or PowerShell, for automation and system administration tasks.AI & Data : Knowledge of and interest in applying AI concepts, including Data Analysis, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Communication : Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Teamwork : A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Certifications : Relevant certifications in ITIL, Microsoft (e.g., Azure AD), or cybersecurity are a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
