Job description

Candidate should possess the relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field.

Must have 3 to 4 years of experience working in a hardware, networking, and software support environment.

Should have strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware issues, network setup and maintenance, and software installation / support.

Must be capable of diagnosing technical issues related to systems, servers, and user devices.

Should have experience with operating systems, antivirus management, and basic server configuration.

Ability to support end-users both remotely and on-site as required.

Should maintain system documentation, manage IT inventory, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Must have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
