A Day in the Life :

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Developer with deep expertise in Confluent Kafka.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex integrations across our enterprise systems, enabling secure and scalable data exchange between cloud and on-premise applications.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

• Design and implement robust integration solutions using Kafka.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, configure, and maintain APIs and event-driven pipelines.
• Build and monitor data streams using Kafka (topics, producers / consumers, connectors).
• Design, develop, and maintain Kafka-based solutions for data streaming, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Also responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of the Kafka platform, often collaborating with other teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Maintain documentation, design specifications, and technical procedures.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
