Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Resource with 1015 years of total experience, including strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BIP / OTBI, and Fusion Cloud (FIN / HCM / SCM) modules. The candidate should be capable of leading integration design, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle Cloud integration projects for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Define integration architecture, strategy, and best practices for Oracle Cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Develop and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, File, FTP, ERP, and HCM adapters.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
  • Design and implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms in OIC.
  • Oversee the development of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports for reporting needs.
  • Guide data migration activities using FBDI, HDL, and Web Services.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to OIC development teams.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, and change management activities.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 1015 years of total IT experience, with minimum 5+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong hands-on experience in :
  • Integration development using OIC (REST / SOAP, ERP / HCM / Database adapters)
  • BI Publisher / OTBI report development
  • Fusion Cloud integration patterns (FIN / HCM / SCM modules)
  • PL / SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON data handling
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture and data models.
  • Experience with HDL, FBDI, HCM Extracts, and Web Services integrations.
  • Expertise in error handling, scheduling, and monitoring of integrations.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and solution design discussions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
