Process Excellence Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Process Excellence Consultant to join our Process Excellence team. The role will focus on driving operational efficiency improving process performance and enabling strategic transformation initiatives across functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in process mapping process improvement methodologies process design mindset and stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points improvement opportunities and expectations across processes and functions
• Drive end-to-end process excellence initiatives including process discovery analysis mapping and optimization using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools
• Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements align stakeholders and co-create process improvements and design a new efficient process
• Conduct root cause analysis identify improvement opportunities and evaluate automation potential (e.g. RPA low-code solutions)
• Develop value stream maps define and standardize processes and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring performance
• Support implementation and change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of improved processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and project leads to alignment on priorities timelines and deliverables
