As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology function and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and offerings.

Role Overview :

The leader will be responsible for setting and executing the overall technology strategy for Smartworks. This role will lead engineering, business technology, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technology Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the company’s technology vision and long-term roadmap in line with business goals and future scalability.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies such as AI / ML, IoT, and data analytics to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Establish strong technical standards, frameworks, and processes to ensure security, stability, and scalability.
