Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and validate candidates for client Healthcare roles across U.S. Geography.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms , and other sourcing tools effectively
