Role Overview

The Admin Assistant will manage key administrative tasks including asset management daily office expenses recurring payments and maintenance support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment while gaining exposure to a variety of functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records of company assets assigned to employees.
  • Track and manage daily office expenses and record them.
  • Handle recurring payments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the office environment.
  • Address employee requirements and complete requests in a timely manner.
  • Support with office maintenance including repairs and managing budgets for maintenance activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent (Freshers welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of administrative functions and asset management.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Expense or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
