Role Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and our delivery teams. You’ll oversee multiple accounts, ensure high-quality execution across web, creative, and PPC projects, and drive client satisfaction through proactive strategy and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across web, creative, and performance campaigns.
- Translate client goals into actionable project briefs for internal teams (designers, developers, media specialists).
- Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with project managers and creative leads to maintain smooth cross-functional delivery.
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Maintain deep understanding of digital trends — including web UX, brand storytelling, and paid media metrics.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in digital account management, preferably within an agency environment.Working knowledge of web development workflows (WordPress, Shopify, or custom stacks).Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals (Google Ads, Meta Ads, basic analytics).Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Data-minded, proactive, and skilled at connecting creative execution with business outcomes.
